FBW HYBRID

Start your week off strong with our 30 & 45 minute Hybrid Mondays — the ultimate mix of strength and cardio training designed to challenge your body and push your limits. This partner-based workout combines functional strength movements with high-intensity cardio bursts to build endurance, power, and confidence. You’ll lift, sweat, and grind side by side — testing yourself while motivating (and being motivated by) others. Whether you’re here to get stronger, improve your fitness, or simply meet like-minded women, this class delivers the perfect balance of challenge and community.

POWERFUL UPPER

Our 30 minute Tuesday Upper Body Circuit is all about sculpting and strengthening your upper body. Expect a mix of resistance and functional strength exercises focused on toning your arms, building shoulder definition, and improving overall upper body power. You’ll move through a circuit designed to challenge every major upper body muscle — think dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight work — all at a pace that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles burning. Perfect for anyone wanting to build lean muscle, improve strength, and feel confident in their power.

STRONG LEGS & GLUTES

Get ready to feel the burn and build serious lower-body strength! Our Strong Legs & Glutes circuit is a 30-minute workout focused on creating strong, sculpted, and defined legs. You’ll move through lower-body circuits designed to target your quads, hamstrings, and glutes — building muscle, boosting endurance, and shaping powerful legs that perform and look incredible. Short, intense, and effective — this midweek session will leave you feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable.

STEP INTO THE WEEKEND

Finish the week on a high with our Friday Step class — a cardio-based workout inspired by the iconic step sessions that started back in the ‘80s! Each month has a fresh theme and playlist, so you can move, groove, and sweat it out to great music while getting your steps in. Expect fun choreography, easy-to-follow routines, and a whole lot of laughs, it’s the perfect mix of cardio, coordination, and confidence in one feel-good session.

FEARLESS FULL

Our 30 minute Sunday Full Body Strength session is all about building strength and confidence to set you up for the week ahead. This class targets every major muscle group through a mix of compound lifts and functional strength movements designed to help you build lean muscle, improve definition, and feel strong from head to toe. Expect a focused, no-rush workout that challenges your muscles while allowing you to move with control and intention, leaving you feeling accomplished, energised, and ready for the week ahead.

FULL BODY BURN

Our 30 minute full-body workout is designed to get you moving and feeling strong from head to toe. Using mainly bodyweight exercises with the addition of some dumbbells, you can expect a mix of reps, sets, pulses, and compound movements, with small bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up. This class focuses on working the entire body,  helping to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify throughout so you can train at your own level.

FULL BODY CONDITIONING

Finish your weekend strong with our Full Body Conditioning session — a 45-minute workout designed to build total-body strength, stamina, and power. This session combines functional strength and endurance training to challenge every major muscle group and build the engine that keeps you performing at your best. You’ll lift, move, and push through purposeful circuits that leave you feeling energised, strong, and ready to take on anything. It’s the perfect weekend class to boost your fitness and confidence.

MUM & BABY

Our Mother & Baby sessions are designed to help new mums safely rebuild strength, fitness, and confidence while bonding with their baby. This 60-minute class blends strength, cardio, and endurance, with a strong focus on reconnecting to and rebuilding your deep core. You’ll move at your own pace in a supportive, understanding environment, making this session ideal for postnatal mums with babies up to crawling, helping you feel strong, capable, and energised again.

FBW x HYROX ENGINE

As an official HYROX Affiliated Gym, our 30 and 45 minute HYROX Engine class is designed to help you develop the power, endurance, and resilience you need to perform your best on race day, and in every workout. This isn’t just about mastering the stations; it’s about building your engine, the strength, stamina, and mental grit that drive performance. Expect a mix of strength training, conditioning, and functional movements that mimic the demands of HYROX without the exact format. You’ll push, pull, lift, and move with purpose, training your body to go further, faster, and stronger.

FBW x HYROX 101

Ready to take your training to the next level? Our HYROX Fundamentals class is designed to teach you everything you need to know to confidently take on HYROX, from movement standards and event rules to efficient pacing and technique. You’ll break down each station, learn how to maximise your strengths and build up your weaknesses with targeted coaching. Expect a mix of skill work, strength training, and conditioning, all tailored to help you move smarter, faster, and stronger. Whether you’re new to HYROX or want to refine your form and strategy, this class will give you the knowledge, confidence, and power to perform your best.

FBW x HYROX POWER

Unleash your inner power with our HYROX Power session — a 45-minute workout that blends strength and cardio to build speed, endurance, and explosive performance. Train alongside a community of strong, like-minded women as you lift, move, and push through powerful HYROX-style intervals. This session is all about finding your strength, testing your engine, and feeding off the energy of the group. Expect high intensity, big lifts, and even bigger encouragement — because when women train together, the results are unstoppable.

FBW x HYROX SIM

Step into race mode with our mini HYROX Simulation — a Sunday session built to test your strength, endurance, and mindset under timed conditions. You’ll work through all HYROX stations for the full distances, with 500m running (weather dependent) in between each station to mirror the intensity and flow of race day. This class is designed to help you build stamina, improve pacing, and develop the mental grit needed to perform your best. Expect a full-body challenge that leaves you stronger, fitter, and ready to take on any HYROX event with confidence.

YOGALATES

Our Yogalates class is a mindful fusion of yoga- and Pilates-inspired movement, designed to build functional strength, improve stability, and support overall wellbeing. Through controlled, breath-led exercises, accessible core work, and smooth transitions, this class encourages both physical resilience and nervous system balance. Expect a calming yet strengthening session that helps you move with intention, feel more connected to your body, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

ZUMBA & ZEN

This evening class is designed to help you move, release, and reset in a fun and supportive environment. We'll start with uplifting Zumba dance routines set to feel good music,
focusing on energy, freedom and enjoyment rather than perfection. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to stretching and relaxation, helping ease tension, calm the mind, and support recovery after your workout. This class is about feeling good in your body, boosting your mood and leaving lighter than when you arrived.

YIN YOGA

Our weekly Yin Yoga session is a gentle, deeply relaxing class designed to help you slow down and unwind. Yin focuses on holding postures for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to gradually open and release tension while encouraging stillness, reflection, and mindful enquiry. This class is suitable for beginners and offers a supportive space to rest, reset, and reconnect. During the colder months, Lou recommends bringing warm layers such as blankets and socks, as the body can cool down while holding longer poses, even with the heating on.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow class is an invigorating, dynamic session designed to energise the body while calming the mind. Through continuous, flowing sequences linked with breath, you’ll move smoothly from one posture to the next, building strength, mobility, and balance along the way. This class encourages mindful movement while offering a more uplifting pace, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and re-energised. Suitable for all levels.

DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

This dynamic 60-minute class combines flowing Vinyasa sequences with focused breathwork to create a balanced and energising practice. With an emphasis on building strength, lengthening muscles, and improving flexibility, you’ll move through mindful, continuous flows that challenge the body while encouraging ease and control. This session invites you to explore your yoga practice on a deeper level, supporting both physical strength and mental clarity, and leaving you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed.

PILATES FLOW

This feel-good Pilates class is designed to encourage steady progress, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and find balance in a supportive and inclusive environment. With a focus on controlled movement and mindful technique, the class is suitable for all levels and offers options to work at your own pace. Rebecca is currently completing her training hours with the Pilates Programme, and we’re so excited to introduce her to the Female Body Workouts community as she continues her journey to becoming fully qualified!

POWER PILATES

This dynamic and slightly more challenging Pilates class with Annie builds on the foundations of our regular sessions, offering a stronger focus on strength and endurance. Expect the use of Pilates balls and resistance bands alongside controlled, purposeful movements designed to challenge you from the inside out. This class is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice, build resilience, and continue developing strength with intention and control.

REVIVE PILATES

This class offers a lifestyle-changing combination of contemporary, classical, and functional Pilates movements, designed to suit all abilities. Sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness through purposeful, balanced movement. Suitable for everyone, this class supports long-term progress, helping you move better, feel stronger, and build a sustainable Pilates practice.

SCULPT & TONE PILATES

This class offers a modern blend of Classical and Contemporary Pilates, incorporating equipment such as Pilates balls and light weights to add challenge and variety. Sessions focus on strengthening, toning, and building controlled power through purposeful, full-body movements. Designed to support you beyond the studio, this class helps you move with confidence and feel strong and energised throughout the rest of your week.

PILATES FUSION

Experience a dynamic Pilates session that blends a variety of styles and incorporates different equipment to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body. From reformers to small props, each exercise is designed to enhance core stability, improve flexibility, and promote mindful movement. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a supportive yet challenging environment where you can deepen your practice, build strength, and leave feeling balanced, energized, and aligned.

BARRE

A dynamic fusion or Barre (ballet inspired movement), designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body from the inside out. This empowering class blends low-impact, high-rep barre sequences with the deep core connection and alignment of Pilates, helping you build long, lean muscles, enhance posture and move with grace. Expect uplifing energy, powerful playlists and a strong focus on form.

BODY BARRE 45

Expect a high intensity, low impact full-body sculpting session blending ballet-inspired moves, core work, and dynamic sequences to tone, lengthen, and energize from head to toe. This class is designed for all levels — whether you’re new to barre or a seasoned regular, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
